Scope
These terms apply to enquiries made through this website and to arrangements made through Lumière Privé.
What is agreed
An arrangement covers a companion's time and company for an agreed period. Nothing beyond that is offered, implied or agreed in advance, and an arrangement remains voluntary on both sides throughout.
Age
Clients and companions must be at least 18 years of age. Proof of age may be requested, and service refused where it is not provided.
Bookings
Arrangements are confirmed in writing. A confirmation states the date, the duration, the fee and the cancellation terms.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are stated in each written confirmation.
Conduct
Arrangements are conducted with mutual respect. Either party may end an arrangement at any point, including once it has begun. Where a companion ends an arrangement because of unacceptable conduct, no refund is due.
Liability
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by Swiss law.
Governing law
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is stated in the legal notice.
